If you notice that the colour of your jewellery has faded or no longer meets our quality standards, please contact our customer service team.

This colour warranty can be claimed once per item and applies exclusively to colour fading that occurs under normal use.

This warranty covers colour retention only. It does not cover damage, wear and tear, breakage, loss, improper use, exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or any other physical or external factors.

If a warranty claim is approved and the original item is no longer available, we will provide a replacement piece of jewellery of equal value.
